Refund policy
If you haven't used the service yet
A pass with no classes attended, as well as an unused drop-in class, trial class or practice, is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of payment.
A pass already in use
We refund the unused part:
- unlimited pass: 24 000 AMD × days remaining ÷ 28;
- 8-class pass: 3 000 AMD for each unused class.
If the school cancels a class
A paid drop-in class is moved to another class or refunded, at your choice. The unlimited pass is extended by the day of the cancelled class.
How to request a refund
Write to [email protected] with your name, what you paid for and the payment date. We will reply within 3 business days.
Where the money goes
Refunds are made only to the card used for payment. The bank credits the refund within crediting time business days.
