Public offer for dance training services
This is a translation. In case of discrepancies, the Armenian version prevails.
1. Parties and subject
Individual entrepreneur entrepreneur's full name (TIN TIN), hereinafter "the School", offers any adult, hereinafter "the Student", West Coast Swing dance training services on the terms of this offer. Paying for a service means full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.
2. Services
Group classes, practices and parties at the School's studio at 41/4 Abovyan St., Yerevan. The content, term and price of each service are listed on wcs.am in the Prices section as of the payment date. Services are provided in person.
3. Payment
3.1. Prices are in Armenian drams. Payment is made by bank card on wcs.am.
3.2. The School charges the Student no fee for paying by card.
3.3. After payment, the School sends an electronic fiscal receipt to the email provided by the Student.
4. Passes and single classes
4.1. A pass starts on the first class after payment. The unlimited pass is valid for 28 days, the 8-class pass for 3 months.
4.2. Classes of the 8-class pass not used within its term expire.
4.3. The unlimited pass may be frozen once at the Student's request; its term is extended by the number of frozen days.
4.4. A paid drop-in class, practice or trial class can be used within 30 days of payment. The trial class is offered once and only to those new to the School.
4.5. Passes and paid classes are personal and may not be transferred to another person.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
The School may reschedule or cancel a class by notifying Students at least 3 hours in advance. If the School cancels a class, the unlimited pass is extended by that day, no class is deducted from the 8-class pass, and a paid drop-in class is moved to another class or refunded, at the Student's choice.
6. Refunds
Refunds are made according to the refund policy.
7. Restrictions and liability
7.1. Services are provided to persons aged 18 and over.
7.2. The Student is responsible for assessing whether the physical activity suits their health.
7.3. The School may refuse entry to a class to anyone who is intoxicated or violates the studio rules.
8. Personal data
Personal data is processed according to the privacy policy.
9. Disputes
Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, in court under the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
